InkEngines collects only necessary information to process orders and create custom products including Story Chest, Video Chest, and Forever Chest. and apps developed by InkEngines.

We collect: contact details, payment data (processed via Wix Payments), and customer-submitted content such as photos, audio, and messages.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not collect personal data.

Customer content is used solely for product creation and may be temporarily stored for production, support, or archival purposes.

Customers may request deletion of their data at any time.

CUSTOM CONTENT LICENSE

By submitting content, you grant InkEngines a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your custom product.

You confirm you have full rights and consent for all submitted content.

All products are custom-made and unique. Orders cannot be resold or returned once production begins. Apps cannot be shared,

You are fully responsible for all uploaded content.

InkEngines reserves the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate or unauthorized content governed by the Holy King James Version Bible.

InkEngines is not responsible for emotional reactions or outcomes related to personalized products or our apps.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

InkEngines’ maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for indirect, emotional, or consequential damages.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final once production begins or the purchase of an Inkengines developed or hosted app.

Replacements or refunds are only issued for damaged items, defects, or errors caused by InkEngines.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of submitted content.

CHECKOUT AGREEMENT

Customers must confirm:

- Ownership or rights to all content

- No refunds after production begins or after purchase of an app

- Accuracy of submitted details

- Agreement to all policies

UPLOAD AGREEMENT

By uploading content, you agree:

- You own or have rights to all content

- You have consent from individuals shown or recorded

- InkEngines may use content for production

- InkEngines is not responsible for user errors

ANTI-COPYCAT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All InkEngines products including Story Chest, Video Chest, Forever Chest, and TableCraft are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Trademark registration is for brand protection.

Enforcement actions may include cease and desist notices and marketplace takedowns.

ARBITRATION CLAUSE

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Ohio, the county of Butler, and the city of Hamilton waiving the right to jury trial.
