SHIPPING POLICY

All InkEngines products (Story Chest, Video Chest, Forever Chest) are custom-made to order.
Production Times:

- Story Chest: 1–3 business days
- Video Chest: 2–5 business days
- Forever Chest: 3–6 business days

Shipping Times:

- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
InkEngines is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
